The next day Ann, Kitty and Natalie came over and we had lunch and cake. The kids had fun playing and drawing on the easel. Papa even came up with some new designs for his drawings. Good times were had by all.

Papa Joe's Birthday!
Papa celebrated his birthday on the 23rd. Jojo and I were staying up in Seattle since I had some work stuff going on and a Dr appt. Papa mentioned to us a while ago that he wanted an easel like the one we got Kitty for Christmas a few years ago. Papa loves to draw and color with the kids. So Jojo decided he would get it for Papa. Ikea has a wonderful one and they sell all the accessories to go with it. Since we were up there, Jojo decided to give Papa his gift the night before. This way he and Papa could try it out and have it all ready for when Kitty arrived the next day. They had a great evening drawing and coloring.
