Friday we pretty much just got up and cleaned up the house a bit and then headed to the airport. It was sad to see the trip come to an end, but I think Mom was happy to be done with the millipedes. You see there were these lovely little worms, aka millipedes, that made friends with Mom and Dad. They ended up in their bed and Mom woke up to one on her neck. You gotta love the tropics.
At the airport the lovely lady that checked us in told us if she put us in the last row, most likely no one would take the middle seat and we could have it for Joey. She was right. It worked out great. We were close to the restrooms and with the middle seat open, Joey was able to sleep there. Since we planned on getting off the plane last, it worked out well.
We had an amazing trip and thank Annie, David and Kat and Mom and Dad for sharing it with us. We look forward to the next family adventure! Maybe next time the Philly Mastro's and Lisa will come along. I am already searching for houses for us.
